  • Tuesday 9:30-12:30 and 3:30-6:30. Wednesday 9:30-1:00. Thursday 11:00-2:00 and 4:00-6:30. Friday 9:30-12:30 and 3:30-6:30. Saturday 9:00-12:00

Massage Therapist Hours:

  • Rudy is here Wednesdays, and every other Friday and Saturday
  • Sarah is here Tuesday & Thursday mornings, every other Friday and Saturday morning, and Sundays 1pm - 6pm

*Massages are self pay only, no insurance coverage. We do offer a discounted massage program, call for information.

Rudy grew up in Schaumburg, has two kids, and enjoys watching and playing sports. He offers many types of massages: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point.

He is available Weds 9:30am-1pm & 3:30pm-7pm, Every other Fri 9:30am-1pm & 2:30pm-6pm, and every other Saturday 8am-2pm.
